【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardcoverssafetyrequirementsforcartridgeoperatedfixingandhardmarkingtoolswhichoperatewithanintermediatemember(piston).ThisEuropeanstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocartridgeoperatedfixingandhardmarkingtools,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeable(seeClause4).ItdealswiththesignificanthazardsinthedifferentoperatingmodesandinterventionproceduresasreferredtoinENISO12100-1:2003,5.3.Althoughthesafeuseofcartridgeoperatedtoolsdependstoanimportantextentontheuseofappropriatecartridgesandfasteners,thisstandardisnotformulatingrequirementsforthecartridgesandfastenerstobeusedwiththetools(seeClause7).ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotoolsdesignedforusewithcartridgeswithcasingsmadeofmetalorplasticandwithsolidpropellantandcontainingaminorquantityofprimerwithacompositiondifferentfromthatofthemainpropellant.Thefixingtoolsinthescopearethoseintendedforusewithfastenersmadefrommetal.NOTEInformationaboutcartridgescanbefoundinthepublicationofthePermanentInternationalCommissionfortheProofofSmallArms(C.I.P.).ThisEuropeanstandardisnotapplicabletocartridgeoperatedfixingandhardmarkingtoolswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
