【摘要】:ThisguidereferencesrequirementsthatareintendedtocontrolthequalityofNDTdata.Thepurposeofthisguide,therefore,isnottoestablishacceptancecriteriaandthereforeapprovecompositematerialsorcomponentsforaerospaceservice.CertainPracticesreferencedintheguidearewrittensotheycanbespecifiedontheengineeringdrawing,specification,purchaseorder,orcontract,forexample,PracticeE1742(Radiography).AcceptanceCriteria8212;Determinationaboutwhetheracompositematerialorcomponentmeetsacceptancecriteriaandissuitableforaerospaceservicemustbemadebythecognizantengineeringorganization.Whenexaminationsareperformedinaccordancewiththereferenceddocumentsinthisguide,theengineeringdrawing,specification,purchaseorder,orcontractshallindicatetheacceptancecriteria.Accept/rejectcriteriashallconsistofalistingoftheexpectedkindsofimperfectionsandtherejectionlevelforeach.Theclassificationofthearticlesundertestintozonesforvariousaccept/rejectcriteriashallbedeterminedfromcontractualdocuments.RejectionofCompositeArticles8212;Ifthetype,size,orquantitiesofdefectsarefoundtobeoutsidetheallowablelimitsspecifiedbythedrawing,purchaseorder,orcontract,thecompositearticleshallbeseparatedfromacceptablearticles,appropriatelyidentifiedasdiscrepant,andsubmittedformaterialreviewbythecognizantengineeringorganization,anddispositionedas(1)acceptableasis,(2)subjecttofurtherreworkorrepairtomakethematerialsorcomponentacceptable,or(3)scrappedwhenrequiredbycontractualdocuments.Acceptancecriteriaandinterpretationofresultshallbedefinedinrequirementsdocumentspriortoperformingtheexamination.Advanceagreementshouldbereachedbetweenthepurchaserandsupplierregardingtheinterpretationoftheresultsoftheexaminations.Alldiscontinuitieshavingsignalsthatexceedtherejectionlevelasdefinedbytheprocessrequirementsdocumentsshallberejectedunlessitisdeterminedfromthepartdrawingthattherejectablediscontinuitieswillnotremaininthefinishedpart.LifeCycleConsiderations8212;ThereferencedNDTpracticesandtestmethodshavedemonstratedutilityinqualityassuranceofPMCsduringthelifecycleoftheproduct.ThemodernNDTparadigmthathasevolvedandmaturedoverthelasttwentyyearshasbeenfullydemonstratedtoprovidebenefitsfromtheapplicationofNDTduring:(a)productandprocessdesignandoptimization,(b)on-lineprocesscontrol,(c)aftermanufactureinspection,(d)in-serviceinspection,(e)andhealthmonitoring.In-processNDTcanbeusedforfeedbackprocesscontrolsincealltestsarebaseduponmeasurementswhichdonotdamagethearticleundertest.TheapplicabilityofNDTmethodstoevaluatePMCmaterialsandcomponentsduringtheirlifecycleissummarizedinTables3and4.GeneralGeometryandSizeConsiderations8212;Partcontour,curvature,andsurfaceconditionmaylimittheabilityofcertainteststodetectimperfectionswiththedesiredaccuracy.Reporting8212;Reportsandrecordsshallbespecifiedbyagreementbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.ItisrecommendedthatanyNDTreportorarchivalrecordcontaininformation,whenavailable,aboutthematerialtype,methodoffabrication,manufacturersname,partn...........
